When we were looking to buy a home. We got a buyer Realtor. This Realtor worked with us directly. We told him what we were looking for and he went and searched the area. He basically did all the leg work.

He didn't push us to buy a home from his Realtor agency.

It was great- I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new home.

I have used one myself, but that does mark up the price of that home that you will pay for.

Not true at all- My realtor didn't charge me anything- The money actually comes out of the commission that the selling realtor will make from the seller.

Instead of the sellers realtor getting 6% they only got 3 and my realtor got 3% as well. I still just paid what I bid.
