I have heard horror stories of people and moving companies.

When we moved we were lucky and bought a house only 2 roads over- We had my family and friends help us on the big day. It was still a mess.

We had broken items- dirty rugs from people not taking off their shoes.

I'm almost positive we should have hired a moving company- at least they would have had to pay us for the damages.

Anyone hire a moving agency?

I have always done this myself and with my family. I have however had an aunt who used a moving company and they broke more than we sure would have.

See that is my problem- My friends broke some of my stuff... I had to pay to replace it- I wouldn't dream of asking them as they were helping for free.

I'm wondering how safe these moving places are.
